I wish I had known. I did not find out until I met up with his son Matt at Mr. Ruffner’s memorial service in 2014. I remember Matt’s parent’s as being very generous. I was a welcomed guest when they rented a cottage in 1985 and again in 1990 in Ludington, Michigan. I still vacation in that small town every few years and smile as I think about the Barbours.
