Obituary of Laura Lee Babala
Babala, Laura Lee, age 44, of Northville Twp., passed away June 14, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Danny. Loving mother of Jared Henninger, Chelsea Henninger and Chelsea Babala. Dear daughter of Bonnie and the late Bill Turner. Sister of Mike, Steve, Jani, Athena, Brad and Rafe. Grandmother of Aubrey and soon-to-be Myla Lee. Laura received her Bachelors Degree from Eastern Michigan University she was employed at Ford Motor Company as an IT Project Manager.
Those who had the privilege of knowing Laura knew her love for life, especially her family. Laura's favorite phrase was "Live, Laugh, Love" and that is how she lived her life. Because of her passion for life she had a way of making all who were around her appreciate and try to live those words as well. You couldn't be around Laura long without experiencing her contagious laughter, her strong love, and her appreciation for all things in life.
Laura's love for people is not easily put into words; it was stronger than a description anyone could write. She had a gracious gift of challenging all who met her to live those words she lived by no matter what life presented. Even in the midst of her fight against cancer her steadfast example of being grateful for all things was amazing. Her faith was incredibly strong, and therefore her attitude towards every part of life, good and bad, inspired all of those around her.
