I can't begin to describe the deep sense of sadness I feel in the wake of my grandma's death. She was the most remarkable woman whose strength, compassion & even need for cleanliness I have modeled my life after. She was selfless in everything she did. My fondest memories are going to the monastery & saying the rosary (the one that smelled like roses), helping her plant flowers, talking to her about marriage & family, going to Perry Drug Store at 96Telegraph & getting all the candy I wanted. She would rock me in her rocker on the breezeway every weekend I was at their house on West Parkway & sing, Loo loo loo until I fell asleep in her arms. I know she is reunited with my grandpa & they are up in heaven watching over my family & me as they watched over me in life. Grandma, may you always know just how much I love you. I promise one day when I am a grandmother I will treat my grandchildren just as wonderful as you treated yours. Give Grandpa a kiss for me!

I have great memories of visiting Aunt Rita (Rit as my Dad used to call her) when I was growing up. She was always very kind and patient, even with all the kids running around the house! She was genuinely interested in what was going on in your life, and I never heard her speak unkindly of anyone. I am happy that her suffering has ended, and that she is reunited with Uncle Leo. My deepest sympathy to Denny, Pat, and the kids...you should be proud that you took such good care of Rita. She was a great lady and will be missed by me and my sisters.

Aunt Rita was a kind lady! I will never forget her kindness towards my dad ( Louis Sibole Jr) after my mom died. She made her guest room special for him, and cooked him his favorite meals. Dad always talked about how sweet she was to him. Once we went shopping and he wanted to buy her a special sister figurine. Aunt Rita and her gentle spirit will be deeply missed. Our condolences go out to the Selaski family. Jim and Janine Handysides
