Dear Lorraine, So sorry to hear of Duanes death but and so glad to know he is in heaven with all the other Wubbena’s. Just learned of Duanes death from Roger Dick not sure if you will see this or not since it’s been 7 years since his passing. I have many fond memories of you two. To the family of Mr.Louis Duane Flutur. Please accpet my most heartfelt sorrow for your loss.I started working at the Ford Sterling Plant in 1973. Thats when I met Duane. I think everyone only knew him as Duane. What a wonderful man cheerful, pleasant always with a smile and a good word for all. Admired by his peers for the excellent work he did in the design room. A man with a vision and ability to forsee design issues that might hinder a job. He had a tremendous work ethic and unquestionable character. Duane along with your family will be in my prayers. One of my fondest memories of Grandpa Flutur is coming home from a shopping trip with Grandma and finding him with Heather and Autumn in the family room. He was sitting on the floor, leaning against the couch and Heather and Autumn were playing beauty parlor with him. He had pink rollers in his hair and they had combs and bows they also managed to find room for on his head. He just smiled and said they were having a great time. He always had time for the grandkids.Anne Flutur
