I was once your Angel Born on Christmas day Your heart filled with joy As first baby girl made her way You said ' her name must be Angel, as she was sent from up above. God sent me an Angel that I can love.' Throughout the years we've been through ups and downs Lots of laughter, happiness, tears and frowns But we made it, one day at a time Until the day God said, 'I'm going to make her mine.' God finally took you home, No more pain and suffering Forever at peace. You are no longer alone, You have been released. You are my Angel now, Flying high. Still there to protect me, guide me and wipe the tears from my eyes. I'm thankful for all the memories we've shared, I will hold them close in this time of despair. I will speak of you at every given chance. You will live forever in remembrance. Your acting days are over, Go ahead and take a bow, It is time to crossover, You are my Angel now.
