We were so sad to hear of Phil's passing. His eager smile, generous heart and warm greeting every time we met were always so welcome. We will miss Phil at the DAC and other social gatherings. Dear Jackie- I was saddened and so stunned to hear of Phil's passing. Jim's and my sympathies are with you. I always enjoyed working with both of you. Phil was professionally and personally very special. People still comment over and over again about the great family portrait we will always have on display in our home. As for his 'consoling' abilities...I'll never forget what he told us at DEA, as we lamented the outcome of our directory photos. Don't worry, he said. In ten years you'll love it. He was so right!
