61. I can't tell you how different our lives would be now - time continues to move forward. The world is still fighting the COVID, a vaccine has been developed - I 'drank the kool-aid' and got the shots, Ted came with me. I hope it helps the world. Appears the virus in now after babies. Whenever Ted and I talk, he always says how much he misses you and mom. Showed Sharon Grandma Lillians resting place along with Grandpa/ma Bourjaily. No celebratory cake, no crazy Happy Birthday song, just me letting you know that a day does not pass without your memory in it. You will always be in my heart and mind. I miss you. I'm sure your giving ways and soft heart has been helping others along their way. I know you are with me too. I love you Splib.

Well - you are 60. Geeze, it's been 10 years Splib. I sign another area - but have failed to update this one. I still miss your face - your smile and jokes. I. Still. Miss. You. and I always will. I try to remember the good times only, but my heart breaks each time I remember sleeping next to you in the hospital bed, like we use to when we were kids. You were my best friend. Life has changed a lot, some scary stuff going on now. COV19. Hope our Lord has you on some special mission to help some very needing people - you will always be my angel. I love you.

So hard to believe it's been two years since you left. I'm sure you found a whole group of gals to stay up all hours (eternity) playing cards and that game with the dice and quarters that you didn't have to be too sober to play. Drinking, smoking, laughing, singing, dancing, bitching - and don't forget eating - all were more fun with you there! Miss you girl!

Denise has a very special place in my life, as her brother it was very natural to watch out for her. Growing up together with her & Cindy was an absolute joy, walking to school, playing, church, vacations, camping, summer recreation, sledding & building snowmen. All the wonderful things kids do together. She displayed many gifts and talents. When she set her mind to doing something, somehow she got it done. She found work in many venues, machine shop, cleaning service, lawn maintenance, but I think code enforcement made her happiest. It fit her. She had a wonderful circle of friends that admired her and I share in their grief. She lived near me; I could see and talk to her everyday. That void will haunt me the rest of my life. I have no little sister to protect anymore. We can take comfort in the fact that we got to know Denise, a wonderful person, to know her was to love her & if you didn't love her, you didn't know her. You missed a great one. I love you Noosum, Tico

You were the last one in our group of friends who I'd have guessed to go first. Always so strong and full of life! Your sharp (and slightly twisted) wit, your taste in music, and the fact that you were so capable are what I liked best about you, Denise. I treasure the memories of the group of us sitting around your kitchen table playing cards. Drinking, smoking, eating, laughing, and all the graphically depicted cakes. It'll never be the same without you. I admired your strength through it all and I'm so glad I had the chance to tell you so. You're in a better place now. I'll see you later.
