I worked with Doug for several years at Great Lakes Bancorp. He was a kind, personable man that had a warm smile and always greeted everyone in a friendly manner. Doug was part of the group of retirees that met once a year for dinner. Everyone like him and enjoyed seeing him and catching up on how his family was doing. I'm sorry for the way he was taken from this life. He was a good man. RIP Doug Hanton
I worked with Doug at Great Lakes Bank for a number of years. He was a kind and thoughtful man. Doug was a large part of my success at the bank. I will miss him and his smile.
Although I did not know Doug I know his son, Scott. Doug sounds like a wonderful man and excellent role model. He and his wife raised amazing children of which they should be very proud. I am sorry for this loss. We are sending prayers of peace and comfort.
