Obituary of ROBERT A. GLINIECKI
Robert Gliniecki, age 65, a former resident of Romeo, Michigan died Sunday, December 26, 2004 at his home with his family attending through Hospice care. He was born in Detroit on August 18, 1939. Mr. Gliniecki served in the U.S. Navy as Sonar Oceanographer Second Class Petty Officer, was an honors graduate from University of Detroit, a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, and retired as Controller from K&K Stamping Company of Fraser, Michigan. He enjoyed time spent with family and friends, fishing, hunting with his dogs, and reading the Bible. In addition, he spent countless hours sharing his faith in Christ with both family and strangers alike. Dear father of Julia (Donald) Friend; Robert (Kathy) Gliniecki, Jr; Josephine Gietzen; Jonna Turnipseed; Susanne Aul; beloved friend and mother of his children, Julia Trudeau; loving grandfather of Donny, Joshua, Amanda, Bobby, Mikey, Kaylyn; Also survived by his sister, Bonnie (Tom) Culver, and brother, John (Gloria) Everett; and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, December 30 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 22915 Greater Mack in St. Clair Shores, MI 48080. Family will receive friends in the church social hall from 10:00 AM until time of service.
