I had the pleasure of working with Gene from 1990 to his retirement. He was an excellent doctor, and a very kind man. Beyond that, he was an incredibly interesting person to spend time with. When Gene moved out to Rochester, we were able to get together with him on a few occasions. He was always full of interesting items to discuss, never dull. We will miss him dearly, pray for his family, and know he is together again with the love of his life.
