Ken has always been a special friend to me and my whole family. Even when women were not particulary welcome on golf courses Ken always made a special point to see that my mother and I were looked after and not harrassed by others. He always went out of his way to invite Joe and I to special occasions and to be a part of his family. He was kind, generous and had a zest for life!! His gregarious nature was infectious and would set the tone for all those around him-- as will the memories that we all have of Ken.

I was saddened to hear that Ken has died. I'll remember him as the very kind and welcoming person when I moved into the Copper Creek community in 1999. He bought my then-fiance and I a drink and we shared a few laughs. He was kind enough to help me with a donation to a golf outing I work on for the New Hope Center for Grief Support in Northville. As a widow myself, if I can be of any help, please don't hesitate to call. I'll keep your family in my prayers.
