We will always remember himas a kind and caring man who was always there at the end of the phoneor surprising us with a visit.One particular timewhen, I was completing and addition to my house with my friend, JimLaVictor; and we were up on the roof and having trouble with someconstruction detail, and I said to Jim, I should call Warren and hewould have the answer. Well, low and behold, he walks around thecorner of the house! Problem solved with one of those great surprise visits. At another time, I wasworking on an electrical project that was stalled out due to my work schedule;and he happened to be visiting. When I came home that evening, the electricalpart was completed and the light fixtures hung! He certainly was not one tohang around, when he could be helpful. When I was probably around 8years old, I was in a funk about being not being very tall, and he told me thatif I ever was in the service, that this would be a good thing, as I would notbe much of a target. I always remembered that when I was in Viet Nam- and he was right!To me, he was alwaysinspirational and I am blessed to have my middle name, be his!Darlene and I, Dad andthe Marvin clan send our heartfelt condolences to Clara, your wonderfulfamily and all who loved him.-Dudley Warren
