Obituary of Ann MacDonald Unti

Anne MacDonald Unti, 90, died July 25, 2009 at her home in Grosse Pointe Shores of natural causes. She was a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea church, the Grosse Pointe War Memorial, and the former Women’s City Club of Detroit where she swam and played bridge for many years. She was deeply loved by her family and friends and will always be remembered in their hearts. Mrs. MacDonald Unti is survived by her daughter Anne Marie (Michael), and sons Urban Alexander (Ellen) and William Gallagher (Margaret) MacDonald, 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. The family would like to express its appreciation to her devoted caregiver Carmencita Matugas who looked after her with such kindness and love in her final years.
