Obituary of Iris Mehoke

Longtime resident of Highland and Milford, Iris passed away April 11, 2018 at age 94. Beloved mother of John David Mehoke of New Port Richey FL, the late Suzanne Bain, and Deborah Carravallah and son-in-law Edward Carravallah. Loving grandmother of Jessica Carravallah and Mark Carravallah, both of Chicago, IL. Iris was born on March 30, 1924 in Kettering, England. She survived World War II in her town just north of London, and came to the United States as a war bride in 1945. A few years later she proudly became a citizen of this country. She was an active member of the Milford Senior Center where she enjoyed line dancing and lunch with her friends. A memorial service is planned for April 21, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Georges Episcopal Church. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Milford Senior Center, Milford, MI.
