Age 98. Loving wife of the late Charles R. Dear mother of Daniel, Cheryl and the late Richard and Lynn Wacht. Dear grandmother of Tammy (Jerry) Parrelly, Rich Anne, Paul and Michael Wacht and the late Lawrence and great grandmother of Spencer Charles, Emma, Nicholi, Madison and Tyler. Sister of 14, survived by Theresa and Honey. Virginia was a great cook and could sew anything. she will be greatly missed.
