OMG, not only was he one of the coolest co worker ever he was one of the best command officers you will ever meet. I had a lot of laughs with him. He also looked out for me whenever he could. He made is easy to work for the Sheriffs Department in Division One. Rest on my dear friend. With lots of love and condolences to the Boisvert family.

I am sorry to hear of Dave’s passing. I have so many memories of him and his gregarious personality. It was never quiet or somber when Dave was with you. I often try to copy his “One man play” done with only a folded napkin as a prop but still can’t capture Dave’s spirit. I’m out of town and can’t attend the memorial service but my heart will be there with you. Rest In Peace “Mr. Wood Green.”

I miss him, Denise, and hope you’re all bearing his loss with peace and courage. I’ll do my best to be there. David was a great friend and offered me a steady, welcoming hand (after he ran my license plate!) when I had nowhere else to go in September 1988. Through him, I came to know and love you and the whole Boisvert clan. Wonderful, cherished memories are forever mine as a result.
