I knew Pete from playing handball with and against him at the Detroit Downtown YMCA. He was a fierce competitor and a fun guy to play with. We also played some golf at the Belvider Country Club in Chalevois Michigan. I didn't really know him well, but I will always remember him. He was always fair and always fun and a very enjoyable person. My friendship with him branched out into many other of my friends and family. We all admire him and will miss him.
