Our sincere condolences and so very sorry for your loss. Michele was always smiling and excited to hang out with family- we had great times with friends and at concerts. May God bless you and bring you comfort knowing Michele is resting in Gods care.
Love & Peace,
Sandy (Milan) Chylinski

Special thanks to Patricia. She helped me care for Michele when she was in rehabilitation at Regency on the Lake. They became good friends and she made sure what needed to be done was done by the staff whether I was there or not.
Special thanks to Trista Forbes her case worker from St. Clair County Community Mental Health and Carol her peer support. They sat by her side during her final hours on 12/22/21.
Special thanks to The Visiting Nurses In Home Hospice Care Team. They did a great job with last minute notification.
Extra special thanks to Meridian Healthcare. It was Michele's Care Coordinator that got the ball rolling for In Home Hospice by calling the Doctors office after may attempts to call for a week by Meridian Healthcare and myself to get prior authorization. Michele was very fortunate to have the care she desperately needed during her final day and hours that followed.
Thank you everyone!

Michele was a very kind and loving person. I am sorry that so many years have gone by, but I remember that she always had a smile on her face whenever I saw her. It is comforting to know that she is resting with her parents and that she is very much loved.
Our condolences to the family.
Love,
Chuck, Andrea, and Katie.
