Hi Dad. It's October, and hockey will be starting soon. I miss cheering the Wings on with you, and have been thinking about the Nick Lidstrom retirement night we were able to attend. Miss you and love you ♥

Hi Dad. I can't believe tomorrow you'll have been gone for one whole year. It doesn't seem like that long, but at the same it's been much too long since we last heard your loud laugh, I rolled my eyes at one of your jokes, or we cheered on the Wings together. We miss you dearly and hope you're resting peacefully. We love you always.

We will always remember the love and care Chris gave to our son in welcoming him into his family. We were also quite impressed by Chris's interest in learning and understanding Quebec city's history when he came over with Heather to visit us. Our deepest condolences go to a wonderful family Heather, Hilary & Jean-Michel and Nick.

So sorry to all the family for your loss of Chris. I remember only once meeting Chris in person and that was when Heather and Chris had a trip to Scotland and all our cousins met up for the day while you were in Edinburgh. He was such a lovely guy to speak to and I know will be missed by you all xx

I have many memories of Chipper during our PIKE college days. He was always helping younger pledges and telling us about PIKES from the past. He helped keep us connected throughout the years by calling us and organizing activities. I remember organizing a zoom get together to celebrate his 50 year PIKE anniversary. Chipper enjoyed the celebration as we shared old stories with friends. I appreciated his friendship, Chipper will be missed by all of us.

I didn't know him well, but he was kind, sociable, and loved his family greatly. The world is a better place for having had him here.

So sorry to hear about Chris. One fond memory with Chris was going to opening day for tigers in 1969. Chris, Darryl and I went in his yellow VW bug. Had a great time. What a fantastic gentlemen
