Obituary of Julie Ann Cotter

Julie Ann Cotter, age 35 of Howell, Michigan passed away on 12/18/20. She was born on July 14, 1985 in Howell to Bill Cotter and Dee (White, Cotter) Nowacki. Julie graduated from Howell High School in 2003. Julie is survived by her mother Dee and siblings Robert (Shannon) Conklin, Kelly Olligschlager, Amanda (Jeff) Cotter Barnard, and Bill Cotter. She was the aunt of Aidon, Logan, and Layne Olligschlager, and Andrew and Abby Conklin. She was preceded in death by her father Bill and Grandparents William and Joyce Cotter and Frank and Joyce White. Julie, also known as "Jules or JC" to family and friends, enjoyed the time she spent with her friends at the Genesis house, who describe her as a happy-go-lucky, spunky gal. She was quite the movie aficionado and chilling out with a good movie was a favorite pastime. She also enjoyed music, dancing and playing pool, solitaire and word search puzzles.
