Obituary of David Edward Young

David (Dave) Edward Young of Farmington Hills Michigan went home to be with his Savior at the age of 79 on April 17, 2022 in his home.  David was born on August 21, 1942 in Lansing, Michigan.

David was preceded in death by his parents Dave and Mary Lou Young, sister Susan Marble, brother Denny Young, former wife Michaeline (Mickey) Young, and step daughter Barbara Sugiyami.  Dave is survived by his loving wife Judith Young and children Michelle Cron (Steve), David Young (Candy), Ronald Young (Tina), step children Michael Gleason (Heather), Joanne Trout (Jack), Roger Whitney (Shawna),  many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and former wife and friend Gloria (Fay) Richmond.  Dave enjoyed golfing, swimming, and attending sports events.  He especially enjoyed spending time with his family whenever he could.  He was a long time member of the Glenhurst Golf Course.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
