Obituary of Christopher Stephen Hansen

Christopher Stephen Hansen, 50, of Michigan, passed away on August 10, 2022, at the Detroit Receiving Hospital.

Christopher loved to spend time with family and friends. He was a craftsman of many trades throughout his life. He had a great passion for motorcycles and music of all kinds.

He was born to parents Stephen Hansen and Susan (Mark) Gatz, on March 15, 1972 in Winfield, IL.

He is survived by daughters Amber (Tyler) Probst and Devyn Hansen whom he shares with Karen Hansen who also survives him.

He is survived as well by a grandson Liam Undesser, mother Susan (Mark) Gatz, sister Nikki Hansen, uncle Theodore Maas, aunt Holly (Charles) Burnette, aunt Mary (Warren) Batson, along with many dear cousins. Christopher was preceded in death by his loving brother Aaron Hansen, aunt Pamela Rompa, grandparents Theodore and Anna May Maas, father Stephen Hansen, and grandparents Walter and Betty Hansen.

Private family interment will be held at a later date.
