I remember Mr. Hamm as another father in the old forest Brooke neighborhood. I spent many times in their house as I lived just 2 doors to the south. I grew up with all their kids and especially Chris who I went from kindergarten to 12 in school with. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Richard Conn

I am so saddened by the loss of Jack. We first met 7 years ago when I was a prospective member of Huron Valley SAR. He came up to me and shook my hand, smiled and welcomed me. He was the first to greet me and his kind gesture never left me. When I was president he sat next to me and I always felt more comfortable with Jack there. I will always remember him as a friend and dedicated compatriot. Mickey McGuire

Jack was a Charter and Founding Member of the Huron Valley Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution. He served as Treasurer and earned the Bronze Roger Sherman Medal. Our condolences to his family

My sincerest condolences for all of the Hamm family in the passing of Mr. Hamm. I will always have fond, warm memories off all the interactions during baseball, swimming at Forestbrooke and Kick the Can games at the Hamm & Bacon “compound”. Sending my best, Paul Olney
