Obituary of Donald Aloysius LaForest

Donald A. LaForest, age 95, of St. Clair Shores, MI, passed away 12/21/2022 with his daughter by his side.

Donald grew up in Grosse Pointe, proudly served in the U.S. Navy, and later co-owned the Farms Market in Grosse Pointe for many years.

Donald is survived by daughters Debra (Kenneth) Bieke, Lisa (Edward) Willis, 2 granddaughters, Kim and Erica, and 2 great grandsons. Donald was predeceased by Lorraine, his wife of 56 years.

No words can convey how much he was loved and will be missed. No service is planned at this time.
