Obituary of Verline Amelia Ferris
Verline A Ferris, age 73, of Hazel Park, went home to be with her Lord Tuesday, January 31st, 2023. She died peacefully at Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital. She was born on November 22, 1949 in Detroit, Michigan. Verline married Donald E Ferris Jr on August 17, 1973. Don passed away on October 3, 2018.
Verline is survived by 1 daughter: Laura (Frank) Bragg. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren: Tiffany (Brian) DeBussey, Courtney (Austin) Taylor, Cody (Brandy) Ferris, Cheyanne (Josh) Ferris, Amber (Nate) Byrd, Frank Bragg Jr, James (Julia) Ferris. 7 great grandchildren Faith, Greyson, Frankie, Aayden, Elijah, Jaxxon and Brantley.
She was a Ham Operator KI8V. She loved doing sweepstakes and won so many amazing things throughout her years.
A memorial Service will be held in memory of Verline Ferris,
Saturday, April 29th, at 2 pm at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 22323 S Chrysler Drive, Hazel Park, MI 48030.
