Obituary of Matthew Joseph Felder

Matthew J. Felder, age 63, of Monroe, Michigan, passed away on May 18, 2024, in Detroit, Michigan. He was born on December 30, 1960, in Monroe, Michigan.

Matthew is survived by Mark and Ann (Streasick) Felder, Jerry and Laura (Felder)Tibai, Susan Felder, Gerald and Beth (Felder) McCullough, Ron and Karen (Felder) Heiserman. He is also survived by multiple nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard and Marvel (Trabbic) Felder.

Matthew attended St. Anne Catholic Grade School and Jefferson High School.

In his early years, Matthew enjoyed playing the harmonica and the drums. He loved animals, and enjoyed playing pinochle.

A full memorial service mass will take place on July 17, 2024, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Monroe, Michigan. Graveside remembrance will immediately follow at Saint Joseph Cemetery in Monroe, Michigan.
