I just heard about the loss of Eric. I went to Junior High (Thompson) and Southfield High with him. Sorry for his friends and family, I am sure he is missed by many!

Eric was the Besr Brother Always Kind But we came from a Family of 9 We Where All Close My Mothe Sheila Citron Brey Loved Him Very Much He was The Best Chef As He Got Older lHe Opened The Rib Shake 12 Mile and Northwesrn Highway The Place was So PupularHe Loved His Customers and Loved for People to Have The Finest foods He Love Ribs My Father Ernest L Citron was Proud Of Him Eric was in Business for 20 Yrs and it was to much for him to Handle.But The Whole Family Was Proud of him he was so Family Orientated He Loved Each and Every Family Member He Loved My Mother As His Own Mother My Mother Loved You So Much As Her Son.For my Mother was Married to Ernest L Citron for 37 YRS I WAS RAISED WITH HIM SINCE I WAS 3 YRS OLD WE HAD A BEAUTIFUL DEEP LOVING BOND AMGONST ALL OUR FAMILY MEMBER HE HAD A HEART OF GOLD ALWAYS CARRING EVEN THOUGH I LOVE MY REAL FATHER IF I DIDNT KNOW IT REALLY DIDNT MATTER ALL OF US FROM PARENTS TO CHILDREN WE HAD A DEEP LOVE FOR EACH OTHER HE LOVE HIS GRAMA FREDA LOVED UNCLE HENRY AND UNCLE EUGENE LOVED EACH AND EVERY SIBLING LOVES HIS FATHER ERNEST L CITRON WE WHERE BLESSED TO JAVE A WONDERFUL WONDERFUL FAMILY.AND HE WAS SO LOVING AND KIND NATURED BROTHER YOU ALWAYS LIVE ON IN THE FAMILY EYES AND WE LOVE YOU.LOVE RENEE MOTHER SHEILA TOMMY KENNY GARY MAY YESHUA BLESS ARE WHOLE FAMILY AND THE WORLD AMEN

I’m at a lose of words...Eric was my mentor when I worked for him at the Rib Shack through High School. I was planning a trip to Michigan & wanted to get together with him, when I found this obituary. My heart goes out to the family.
