Mrs. Tod was a remarkable lady. She always added so much positivity to any situation. I will forever remember her sense of humor and the special friendship she had with my mother. The two of them together made quite the pair! When my children were young they knew Flo as Grandma Number 3 and no birthday party was complete without her jolly presence. She was warm, fun, enthusiastic and loving. She will be missed by all of us and her memory will be cherished. I send love and support to her family.
