MY MEMORIES OF ANN CAMPAU She was my mother across the street. Her home cozy and always open to me and many others. She served lunches promptly at noon and would even cut the crust off if you didn't like it. Dinner was always followed by dessert. Congo Bars were my favorite. I can still recall her calling Mandy and me inside from the front door to tell us our favorite t.v. shows like Dark Shadows,Batman and Days of our Lives were coming on! She had a knack for perfection-it showed in her home. She loved needlepoint pictures and hung them in her home. I also remember that her handwriting was supurb! I will always remember how she nursed my boo-boos when my mom couldn't. I was always included in the family even when it came to Oscoda vacations on Lake Huron. Oh those memories! Thank you Jack, Jeff and especially Mandy for sharing her with me. Ann Campau will always hold a very special dear place in my heart. I LOVE YOU ALL!! Barb
