Bollinger, Palmer C., age 79, April 20, 2017, of Lansing. Beloved husband of Norma. Dear father of Stephen (Elizabeth), and grandfather of Jeffrey. A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at 2pm, at the Grand Haven Living Center, 3145 West Mt. Hope Rd., Lansing, MI 48911.
