Dear Bishop Family, Please accept my heartfelt sympathy on the loss of your mother Jean. She was well-known and liked here at the Troy Public Library, and we were very sorry to hear she passed away. It was so kind of you to ask for donations to be made to the library in her honor. Thank you very much! I will choose books that she would have liked, in memory of Jean.
