I just heard from a colleague of Jean's passing. I had been praying for her for many years and will miss her dearly. She was our (NICAP's) most valuable player going back to the late 90's or early part of this new century. I have literally lost track. But we were colleagues for a long time. Her handiwork is all over the nicap.org site. But most of all, she was a dear friend.
