Obituary of Marie Elizabeth Hagedorn

Age 90. Beloved wife of 67 years to William. Loving mother of Bill (Lori). Dear grandmother to Kelly (Andrew) Jamison, Michael, and Christopher. Adoring great-grandmother to Madelynn, Kinley, and Dominic. Dearest Auntie to her many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving parents Raymond and Mary Burdick and seven of her siblings. She is survived by her brother Frederick Burdick. Marie was born in Iron Mountain, MI. She grew up in Detroit, MI. where she graduated from McKenzie High School and later received her certificate from Comp School. She worked as a bookkeeper for Kroger until she retired. She and Will enjoyed traveling and spending time with loved ones. Family was her priority. She had an incredibly generous heart and giving to others brought her great joy. Her sense of humor was one of a kind. All who knew her were genuinely blessed to have been a part of her life. Visitation Wednesday 1-9pm. Funeral service Thursday 11:30am at the John N. Santeiu & Son Funeral Home 1139 Inkster Rd. (between Cherry Hill and Ford Rd.)
