Our sympathies from the family of Louis Lessard, Sr. Lou and Marian Lessard had dinner with you a few years ago when they were summering at their home in East Jordan, MI. I've been working on my dad's WWII memoirs--he was with the 450th Bomb Group out of Manduria, Italy, and in recent years, belonged to the 450th Bomb Group Association. I hope to bring my mother to the Mass on Saturday. My dad passed away Nov. 8, 2007.

You became more of a sisterbrother relationship for me all through our married years. It was a great life sharing many fun times that are cherished memories forever. Love and prayers, Grace

Floyd was one of the sweetest, most genuine men I have met in my life. He set an example for many young intern architects that learned from his teaching. He always had time for a story. He always had time for you. I shall miss him.

Dear Aunt Janet and Family, Memories do come flooding back of growing up across the street from Uncle Floyd and Aunt Janet's on Commerce Lake. It seemed just matter-of-fact to me and we knew no different. Uncle Floyd was always there, an ever presence, the 'icon' of the family. I think of his words of advice, wisdom, stories...there was always something to say about the topic at hand ). Then there was Up North snowmobiling. Rob and I were welcomedinitiated into blazing trails. Uncle Floyd was always bringing up the rear, but never missed out on all the action!! I (Rob) also have many memories and felt very welcome in the Perkin's family. Special to me was the hunting camp at the Perkin's. Floyd didn't spend much time in the woods, but year after year shared the same New Mexico story of the deer that came alive in his trunk. What a great time with family, beer, & cards.... Other memories include mid-night snowmobile runs, 4 wheeling, holiday get togethers, and many more to be shared at a later date... All our love, Rob, Karen, and Family
