Obituary of Thelma Anne Titus

Thelma Anne (Chambers) Titus died early Saturday morning, February 28, 2015 at Presbyterian Village of Redford, MI, where she lived since 2011. She was 99 years old, and was born on December 18, 1915 to Anita Lenore and Perry Chambers in Los Angeles California. She graduated from University of California Los Angeles in 1938 with a degree in Spanish, and was married to Clifford Elmore Titus in 1939. She taught Spanish to children and adults for 58 years in Florida, Hawaii, Maryland and California. She loved to travel, and visited 80 countries. She and her family lived in France for three years. She is survived by her two daughters, Susan Anne Titus of Detroit, Michigan and Jeri Lee Titus of Buffalo, New York.
