You suffered so much and for so long. Few knew how much. You sacrificed so much and tried to hide your pain and your suffering from me - all so I would not suffer. I know what you did to hide the pain from me. I know how it must have torn your heart to sheds. I love you even more knowing it, but I can't bear he grief knowing the pain you bore alone. Our love is special. Few in this world have been so blessed and fortunate to have shared what we share. I thank you for that. I miss you so much. We will never leave one another. You are always with me. If only I could hold you one more time. Just once - to say I love you and hear you tell me ditto. Life is so empty - so nothing without you. Always know that we were meant to be and we always will be. I love you Sandra. I always will and I know how much you love me. Rest my darling - be at peace and wihout pain. You suffered enough. Now I will suffer for you. I love you.

Although her body was riddled with pain, it was a rare occasion that she'd ever complain. Her hair was the color of soft, spun gold. Her face held the beauty of goddesses of old. Her humor and wit, in true yankee flavor; are qualities we cherished and always will savor. And now when we look out into the sky, we see black and gold wings of the 'Sandra' butterfly.
