Our family was so saddened to hear of Carl's death. We all have such special memories of all those years as neighbors in Royal Oak. He was always so kind teaching me his love for card games, card tricks and of course cribbage. The hours spent in your kitchen learning how to make home made pasta and your famous spaghetti sause with that secret ingredient. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you with the passing of such a wonderful man and who left our family with so many wonderful memories. Love Bill, Betty and Carrie Nitschman
