My prayers go out to Gayla's family and friends. I can't remember when I didn't know Gayla. My first contact with her was as a child at the Methodist church in Allegan. We were friends from then on. I am thankful for having known someone with such a positive outlook on life. Rest in peace dear friend.

So many wonderful things we don't get to know about our classmates, and the others around us too. I'm smiling as read the loving thoughts her family wrote. I do remember her smiles. She was a flight attendant -- hooray for you, Gayla! I myself was a flyguy (US Air Force, 1st Lt. Retired.) from the Class of 1965 in Allegan. I was born in Ann Arbor Women's Hospital, so that's another link to Gayla's life path. I keep on Paying it Forward, like our Class did, what a collection of unique individuals.
