I never met Patricia, however we spoke several times. I know Patricia thru her daughter Jacquie. I enjoyed Patricia's phone calls especially when Jacquie wasn't in the office because I always answered the phone Hi Jacquie's mom! and she would laugh. I believe I know how special Patricia was thru the way Jacquie cared for her mother. My heart goes out to Jacquie who is very dear to me and the rest of the family in this time especially.
