Obituary of Sharon Diane Moore

Sharon (Sherry) Moore passed away peacefully on March 7, 2023. 

Sherry was born Sharon Diane Powers on August 16, 1944 to Charles Wilson Powers and Celia Kate (Nowak) Powers. She married Dennis C. Moore October 28, 1967.

Sherry was born in Detroit and graduated Henry Ford High School. As a teenager, she started working as a check filer at Manufacturers Bank. She worked through merger with Comerica and, after 41 years, ended her career as an Executive Secretary.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her twin sisters Constance (Henry) Rozanski and Irene (Wes) Leidich, and her brother Charles G. Powers.

Sherry is survived by her husband of 55 years, Dennis C. Moore, her loving forever friends and many nieces and nephews. 

Family and friends will be holding a memorial at a later date. Sherry will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
