Linda and Doug When I read this I thought of you and you mother NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD! THEY HAVE ALL DROPPED AWAY. I AM HIGH IN THE HILLS, I AM HAPPY TODAY. NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD! I AM DOWN BY THE SEA. WITH THE WIND AND WAVES TELLING ME I AM FREE. NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD! IN THE SILENCE I'VE ENTERED. AND MY HEART AND HEAD ON THE FATHER I'VE CENTERED. NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD! ALL THE WORK NOW IS DONE BY THE FATHER WITHIN, AND THE VICTORY WON. SHE HAD SUCH A BEAUTIFUL LIFE AND LEFT MEMORIES FOR EVERYONE. WITH LOVE

I worked with your mom at the Earhart Middle School for ten years,1966-1976. I found her to have a love for kids and would do anything to help them. She had a ready smile for everyone and never a cross word. My classroom was right next to her office and I saw her every day. I wanted the family to know what a wonderful person Wilma was to work with and we all will miss her. I wish all the best for the family at this diffucult time.

Dear Linda and Doug, Please accept Nancy's and my heartfelt condolences in your loss. I will always remember your mom's graciousness and good humor, even as things got to be really tough for her. I knew that Wilma was quite accomplished, attaining a PhD and all, but had no idea of all the wonderful things she had done until our last conversations and then reading her obituary. She accepted the heavy burden of dialysis with enviable strength and grace, just as she did the burden of transplantation. And your all's care of Wilma was just awesome. You were always there for her, and all 3 of you were so nice to our staff. I was truly blessed to be allowed to help in Wilma's care, and know she is in a better and happier place now. Do know that both of you are in our thoughts and prayers and we hope that every day finds your pain a tiny bit less and that happy memories and laughter start to sneak into your lives soon. In sympathy, John and Nancy P.S. Doug, I hope your mother-in-law is doing OK. JS

Linda and Doug, I want to express my deepest and sincere condolences to both of us. I know from not the too distanced past how good I felt when my friends and assocaites rallied around me and assisted me in carrying my hurt and in my healing when God called my mother home. The good thing is that your Mom had a good life and your love. Take care and God bless.

Dear Linda , When I first looked at you Mom's picture, I thought it was you!! What a beautiful person she was. My heart is broken at the large void this will leave in your life, her work here was obviously done. You were the perfect daughter and advocate, that one small thing, at least, must make you glad. My heart remains with you, Doug, and Lulu. Much love, Annie
