John Leszczynski, passed away April 1, 2014, peacefully at the age of 84 survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Monica, his children: Tom Stephens, Alan (Nancy) Leszczynski and Kim Leszczynski, Grandchildren: Lori (Bryan) Heckman, Kristin Leszczynski (Dan Slocum)"Leszczynski, John, passed away April 1, 2014, peacefully at the age of 84 survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Monica, his children: Tom Stephens, Alan (Nancy) Leszczynski and Kim Leszczynski, Grandchildren: Lori (Bryan) Heckman, Kristin Leszczynski (Dan Slocum) and Great Grandchildren: Bradley & Jeremy Heckman John was an avid bowler, fisherman and Detroit Tiger fan, having worked for the Tigers for over 35 years and RETIRED FROM THE DETROIT FREE PRESS. There will be a private memorial service for immediate family at a future date.
